George Women Network — A Collaboration Proposal

A collaboration proposal

Fill your quiet tables with connection

George Women Network is a growing local community bringing women together over good food and real conversation — twice a month, on whichever day works best for you. We'd love your restaurant to be the home for it.

Frequency: Two events per month Cost to you: None Disruption to service: A 10-minute welcome, then business as usual
Who we are

A community for women, built locally

George Women Network is part of You're Worth It, and exists to give women in George a warm, regular space to connect, support one another, and grow their businesses and friendships together. Our community is growing every day, and we're now ready to bring it to life around a real table.

What we're looking for: a restaurant partner willing to host us on a quiet day or time that suits your schedule — a morning slot and an evening slot, twice a month — where our women gather, order from your menu, and pay individually for their own food and drinks.
The two gatherings

Two audiences, same warm format

Both events follow the same simple shape — women arrive, we welcome everyone in about 10 minutes, then the table is theirs to enjoy your food and each other's company.

What's in it for you

Real value, with no financial risk

We're not asking for sponsorship, discounts, or free food — just a table and a day that suits you. In return, here's what your restaurant gains.

Guaranteed covers, twice a month

Real tables filled on the days you choose — a predictable, recurring boost on the times that usually sit quiet.

Promotion before and after every event

We showcase your restaurant to our growing community ahead of each gathering, and thank you publicly afterwards — free exposure to local women and their networks.

New customers walk through your door

Many attendees will be discovering your restaurant for the first time — and returning on their own afterwards, with friends, family or colleagues.

Zero cost, zero admin

No fee, no sponsorship ask, no set menu required. Each woman orders and pays for herself — you simply serve as you normally would.

Minimal disruption to service

We only need about 10 minutes to welcome the group and let introductions happen — the rest of your service continues completely undisturbed.

Genuine community goodwill

Being known as a restaurant that supports local women builds real, lasting loyalty — not a one-off marketing moment, but an ongoing relationship.

How it works

Simple to host, easy to say yes to

1

You tell us what works for you

You choose the quiet day, morning or evening, and how many tables you're comfortable filling. We build the events entirely around your availability — not the other way around.

2

We invite and fill the tables

We promote the event to our community, manage RSVPs, and bring a group of women ready to enjoy your food, order individually, and pay their own way.

3

A short, warm welcome

Around 10 minutes at the start to welcome everyone and help the group settle in and start connecting — then your team simply serves as normal.

4

We promote you, before and after

Your restaurant is featured to our community ahead of the event, and thanked publicly afterwards — turning one gathering into ongoing exposure.

On the day

What hosting an event actually looks like

Women arrive

At the day & time you set

10-minute welcome

We introduce the group, then step back

Everyone orders

From your normal menu, paid individually

We promote you

Before the event, and again after

Flexible, on purpose

We work entirely around your schedule

Whatever suits you, suits us. Tell us your quietest morning and your quietest evening, or any day and time that works better for your restaurant, and we'll build both events around it. We're not looking to disrupt your peak service — we're looking to bring life to the times that could use it.
Let's talk

We'd love to bring George Women Network to your table

We're new, growing every day, and genuinely excited about building this together. If a partnership like this feels like a good fit for your restaurant, we'd love to hear from you — and to work around whatever dates and times suit you best.
