It warms. Cayenne pepper creates a warm feeling that builds slowly. Don't use it on broken skin.
Can I use it on my children?
No. Annique says to keep it out of reach of children.
Can I use it with a heat pack?
I'd avoid it. Extra heat on top of a warming product can be too much.
